Help, day 21 progesterone

Can anyone help? I have had a positive urine ovulation test this month, I also did a progesterone blood test online, which has come back as 21.4. I’m so confused. How do I get an LH surge on my urine dip but progesterone blood test suggests I didn’t ovulate!

How many days after your LH surge did you do the progesterone test? I also have the same issue... i get a LH surge and also BBT rise but low progesterone. Anything under 30 is seen as not ovulating. I have been doing this for 2.5 years and I’ve still no idea why I get an LH surge but low prog. I have been told it’s a symptom of pcos so you may want to look into this. If you did you’re progesterone test earlier than 7 days after LH surge it may be incorrect results. I would do it again next month just to get a more accurate picture of what is going on.

No I took it 7 days after my fixed smiley face. I have endometriosis so does that have anything to do with it? Can I be prescribed progesterone?

They’ve never prescribed me progesterone as they said it was lack of ovulation not progesterone. They just said I wasn’t ovulating and gave me clomid for 6 months.. I did ovulate with it but never caught. I wish I had advice but unfortunately it’s a losing battle with the consultants over it all for myself.

And I don’t know about endometriosis. I didn’t think it effected ovulation but I could be wrong.

Yes I think it can. I’m worried as I had a normal D21 progesterone 18months ago. I had a failed IVF cycle in May and we are going to try again next month. All this is so confusing xx
