Progesterone day 21 blood test result

Can anyone tell me what my day 21 progesterone result means? Mine was 22.5 nmol/L.

GP surgery told me I need to speak to GP but can’t give me a slot to actually speak to them.

I thought it was over 30 to confirm ovulation

That’s what I thought ☹️ just don’t know how to interpret it and can’t find a way to speak to GP.

I think its lower to confirm ovulation, mine was 24.8 and doctor and my now ivf clinic says this is a level which suggests ovulation, yours is only just short of this so try not to worry!

Do you know what the units were? I’ve seen it measured in something else too. Mine was nmol/l

Mine was measured in Pmol, not sure what the conversion to Nmol would be though

How many days does your cycle last?

28 days so and the test was done day 21 so don’t think the timings are out

I read that less than 30 doesn’t necessarily mean I didn’t ovulate, just not enough to guarantee that I did. Will have to hope I can get to speak to GP on Monday
