Not pleasant but pretty painless on the whole. My clinic kept saying no evidence it works the whole time but you've got to try something huh?

No signs of bleeding or spotting yet. Slightly uncomfortable stomach. Wouldn't even call it cramping. Please let this next cycle work 🤞

How long did your scratch last? I swear mine was over in seconds. Feel like she didn't do it properly and was reluctant to do it saying there's no evidence to warrant it. I've had no cramping or bleeding. Did you? Good luck! X

I was sedated due to other issues I have. Husband said I was out in about 10-15 minutes. I have some spotting and some cramping, that’s about it. Good luck to you too x

I'm getting a scratch next month before our FET, I was put off doing it because of the cost and the fact there's not much evidence to support that it's working but after a failed cycle with a perfect embryo second time round for this FET I'm willing to do anything, hope it works for you xx

I paid £150 but heard some clinica charge double that. I just feel like she barely scratched me so dubious ill benefit at all x
