Stims - Thigh or Stomach??

Do you think it matters where you inject your stims? I know it has to by in your stomach or thigh but is one spot more effective perhaps? Shamefully I have a bit of a 'belly' and stimms don't appears to be helping with follicle growth so I wasn't sure if injecting them in my stomach was the issue. Anyone else had this or has tips to help with follicle growth? Im currently on 300iu of Bemfola.

I don’t think it makes any difference to the effectiveness but I much preferred the stomach!!

I dont think it really matters, my clinic told me lower tummy. You can try a hot water bottle (not scorching obviously) also keep those feet warm was a tip from my acupuncturist.xx

I did mine in the stomach and I found it ok. I felt the needle went more easily into my stomach. X

I always went for the tum, I have a bit of a belly too but don't worry, that won't stop your meds from absorbing and working, they're just going under the skin so not in to your fat. Best of luck with your cycle x

My clinic told me that if you are under 80kg then go tummy and if you are over 80kg then go thigh...x

Thank you. I’m not quite that weight but I may give my thigh a go if the extend my stimms longer as I feel there’s less ‘chub’ there 🙃

I was the same... my preference was thigh anyways though . I’m not sure why I just felt more comfortable with it
