Heavy period

Meds have worn off now and I started my period. I am in so much pain and bleeding is so bad it has leaked through clothes and onto my bed. Clinic says it is too be as expected but to take painkillers and rest. I am due to work monday and involves driving to different places and not always near a toilet. I am concerned to say the least. Don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear. I’m not sure you’re open to the thought, but I’ve started using a menstrual cup. They hold volume many times a maxi tampon. The first days I couple with a big pad for extra security and I can bridge a good few hours without leak. Good luck!

Try always discreet boutique pants they hold alot of blood I use theses as I cannot wear pads or tampons due to them leaking all the time ive found them useful

I agree with the incontinence pants they are brilliant I used them after I had to abandon my last fet. If your able to though do rest at home if your bleeding badly xx Big hugs xx
