Guys I have pcos and submuciod fibroid.

I bleed on day 14 most months. What is the likely cause.

Hi Pumpkins, how much blood do you pass? The most likely cause for day 14 bleeding is ovulation. What does your GP say? Are you already followed by a clinic?

Hi Pumpkins.depending on the length of your cycle, you should be ovulating around day 12-14. It seems as if you may need medication to regulate your cycle, and check for ovulation with a blood test. Good luck. Diane

Hi. A satisfactory level showing that ovulation has occurred, should be over 30. Maybe you need to try something like Clomid if not already tried. Diane

Hi. The progesterone test tells you whether you are ovulating naturally or not. It doesn’t tell you about egg quality, that is a different blood test, usually an AMH reading. Diane

Hi Pumpkins. The Day 21 progesterone blood test is the one to have to show whether you have ovulated or not. The result should read more than 30. Egg reserve can be checked with a blood test called AMH and ideally should be over 15. Egg quality can only be seen on egg collection. However, if your AMH is low it is then assumed your egg quality is low. A blood test taken on day 2 or 3 of your period measuresyour FHS and LH levels and gives a good idea on how well you would stimulate during a treatment cycle.Hope that helps. Diane
