I don't believe there are, except the folic acid. However, there are conception vitamins on the shelf which are priced significantly higher. You could even find the vitamin for male and female partners.

Thank you.

I took pregnacare conceptio supplements (they contain everything you need, like folic acid, vitamin d, vitamin c) and I ate a spoon of honey that had royal jelly in each day. Royal jelly is meant to be good for egg quality I believe. I did this for a while in the build up.

Keeping a balanced diet and doing light exercise will probably help too. Wishing you the best of luck!

I think pregnacare just has loads of stuff that will help with conception and then throughout pregnancy. Some people have said they didn't get on with them, but I never had any problems. Also got my hubby to take the male version to help his sperm quality.

I believe you can buy royal jelly on supplement form too, as I sometimes struggled to find the honey. Just a little note, I had ivf not icsi but you know, same difference!

Good luck!

Hi there - I am in a similar situation, currently in the middle of our icsi cycle. Husband recently had his SSR. We took pregnacare supplements for vitamins but I think the main thing is folic acid and a multi vitamin as others have said. You can take other things to supposedly improve your egg quality but you may wish to see how you get on first? Best of luck x

Iโ€™m in a similar position to you. My clinic advised me to take proxeed. I was also informed other people have tried coq10 and dhea but nothing to show how effective they are and if they actually do help. I decided to take everything. Good luck x

Thank you, think i will do same x

Iโ€™m reading itโ€™s starts with the egg and Iโ€™ve found it really helpful and informative. Iโ€™ve only just started it after 2 failed ICSI so Iโ€™m hoping the tips will help boost my odds. Iโ€™d defo recommend the book though.

Thank you, I am about to start in the next week so prob left it a bit too late, but i will definitely get the book you never know, plus we have gone for two cycles so will help if we need a second go, we are doing the icsi too, did you have to leave it long before each cycle? Wishing you all the luck for your next x

I left it two months between cycles. This time Iโ€™ve asked for more tests as we have one more go and I wanna check there isnโ€™t anything else I should be worried about so Iโ€™m hoping I get another go before Xmas so I can at least enjoy the Xmas food abit more that I can right now. Iโ€™ve been out on no sugar diet to help egg quality.

Good luck!! ๐Ÿ€

300mg ubiquonol twice daily, and PQQ, and 75mg dhea daily, and inositol powder are the combination that I think improved my eggs enough to conceive naturally (AMH around 2.7).

Great, thank you and congratualtions ๐Ÿ™‚
