Anyone had a successful pregnancy after pgs normal chemical miscarriage? Any tests needed? Help please?

We've just found out our hcg numbers have not doubled. Totally devastated though not surprised because I didn't have any real symptoms.

It was a perfect pgs normal 5 day hatching. My lining was 11.3. I did intralipids beforehand. I've done all the tests for clotting , and used baby aspirin etc. No bleeding. WHY didn't it work?!

Anyone had a chemical with a pgs normal and gone on to have a successful pregnancy on another cycle? Did you do anything differently? Is there another test?? Any point in doing an ERA if it implanted??

Desperately losing hope of this ever working ??

Hello,

Im. Sorry you had to go through this. My era test revealed to me that the level. Of lactobacillus in my uterus was below the desired level. I given probiotics for 2 months. The Era did show receptivity however they suggested these probiotics before transfer. I highly suggest you do the ERA ( i did the full test called Endometrio test). Hope this helps and hope you get your answers soon xxxxx

Oh that is very interesting. My Dr did mention the possibility of bacterial infection but I haven't had a chance to ask what type of test or when that test should be performed. So it is done as part of the ERA? What sort of probiotics? Is this something I ingest from the health shop or is prescribed?

Would this endometrio test also test for endometriosis? A lady mentioned that she had endometriosis and only discovered it after 6 miscarriages. I don't have any symptoms of endometriosis but apparently the symptoms can be silent so it would be good to eliminate that.

Gosh another month for the era and then two more months on probiotics. I just feel like everything is constantly delayed.

Can I ask if you've had a successful pregnancy since the probiotics?

Thanks so much for your message it's been very helpful.

Hello dear,

The probiotics i was prescribed were to be taken orally and also in form. Of pressaries. So i was prescribed 2 types. There is a reasearch that shows if yoy have a low level of lactobacilus the chance for Ivf success is very low. So. I. Thank god every day i did this test. After 2 ivf cycles i only have 1 pgs normal Embryo and one low mosaic fr 18 embryos. I plan to do my first Fet mid septembet. Excited and scared.

The Emdometrio test is made up of three tests Named ERA, ALICE and EMMA. Its done throug Igenomix. You will receive a report from themoutlining their findings and their reccomendations. Feel free to msg me of you wish xxxxxxxxxxxx

So sorry to read this, I believe I have implantation issues too and I have a list as long as my arm to take to my follow up appointment. I will let you know if anything of interest comes up. In the meantime I’ve booked in at the drs to get my thyroid checked.

It’s so frustrating when it doesn’t work and there seems to be no reason why.

I hope you get some answers too x

My consultant did recommend the ERA test to, also a friend a mine had 2 PGS normal embryo transfers not even attach and the ERA test revealed that she was more receptive on day 6 than on day 5 when her embryos were transferred. You don’t have much to lose by doing this test (other than money).

Thanks. I'm thinking the timing was right because it implanted? I guess the ERA/Alice/Emma will be helpful even its to eliminate that as reasons for the failure. I'm just worried I'll have no more tests left to do and no answer as to why it isn't working. I'm beginning to lose hope :-(
