I had my embryo transfer on Wednesday just gone. When i pulled the pessary tube out this morning, there was some blood on the end of it. My tummy isnt feeling the same either. Im really worried and concerned. This is my first round of IVF. Is this something to be concerned about?

I have heard the pessaries can cause bleeding and some women prefer to change to the back passage. If it was me I would monitor it and call clinic tomorrow if you get more. Just for a bit of advice. I had light bleeding for a transfer once that turned into a BFP so try not to worry x
If it’s cyclogest you can use back passage but if you’re in utrogestan with the applicator sticks it’s in the front only. The bleeding could be from the cervix being irritated by the pessaries or the transfer x
I used Utrogestan for one cycle and although I found the applicator easier there was a little blood every day. I never had that issue with Cyclogest. The following cycle I asked to go back to Cyclogest xx
