So transfer day tomorrow..super excited!!! First time we made it to transfer after having to freeze all with our fresh cycle.
Just looking for any advice on what to expect, anything I should do to prepare or help things?? Any nuggets of information to distract me and help this night go in faster I guess lol

Hi, am having a transfer tomorrow too. Exciting !!!! I know what you mean the night is dragging I can’t even concentrate on Love Island 😂. My advice would be not to start drinking water too early. Maybe half an hour before procedure so you are not bursting to pee! Have you read about pineapple helping with implantation ? Basically I always have pineapple for first 5 days including core, divide it into 5 pieces. The bromelain is meant to help and we will try anything right. !?! Also a handful of Brazil nuts every day washed down with pomegranate juice.... no Idea what it does but it helps ..... So tomorrow will be my 5 th transfer, tried that every time and so far had 2 x BFPs..... so not guaranteed to work every time but I think it can’t do any harm.
I also go to bed after transfer, listen to Zita West relaxation. I try to sleep too as had so many sleepless nights. Keep feet warm, stay out sun /avoid stomach area getting hot. Watch something funny, eat warm foods and defo McDonalds chips as read on here to eat after transfer 😂😂😂
aw thanks so much for all those tips! yes I agree will give anything a go if there's a slight chance even of it helping.. so ill be adding all those things to my shopping list tomorrow lol
Im on night shift tonight so will definitely be grabbing a sleep after transfer tomorrow!
best of luck to you! lovely to have someone at the same stage.. everything crossed for you xoxo
The procedure is quite quick and easy compared to others in this process so try not to be scared (my knees were physically knocking!!) and yes all the above afterwards - feet warm, look after yourself and distract yourself as best you can. Best of luck, I’ve everything crossed for you! X
I am 4 days post 5day transfer (first time). I was really apprehensive but it was over before I knew it and was bearable but uncomfortable... Wishing you lots of luck!! 🤞🤞
