Desperately needing some advice. I have been very sick since the 1st of April. I've been on antibiotics twice and now I'm on them again. My frozen transfer is scheduled for early June and I'm now taking antibiotics because I'm coughing up green flem and have a sore and swollen throat.
I recently got back from an awful holiday to Dubrovnik where it rained the whole time. I had planned to have a relaxing break in the sun and that didn't happen. Had a huge fight with husband for booking an awful hotel and ended up coming home early.
Now I'm worrying that my mood and antibiotics are going to impact implantation and I don't know what to do about it. I planned a lively holiday and hoped I'd be in a good head space but I'm not there.
Does anyone know if antibiotics are known to impact implantation?

I had to take antibiotics during my cycle and my clinic said there was absolutely no problem with it.
In terms of your mood, I’m sorry you’re feeling stressed out. I was really worried about this too but read a load of studies that show stress (whilst obviously unpleasant for you) doesn’t have a negative impact on the chances of implantation. Try not to beat yourself up, you’ve done nothing wrong and I really hope you’re feeling better by the time your transfer comes around xx
I'm feeling much better now. Still not well and on antibiotics but trying to take control again. Having a fertility massage to improve things and going back to eating well and trying to be more positive. Thanks for your message. Xx
I needed antibiotics starting the day of my transfer (fresh) and it didn't work... The clinic didn't say anything about the antibiotics, it was more about being unwell and your body fighting that and not being in the best condition for pregnancy... Saying that lots of people get pregnant whilst I'll etc so who knows!! I'd personally postpone treatment If i was that unwell...
