What antibiotics or anesthetic are you allowed whilst pregnant?

I'm not currently pregnant. But I need to have a tooth extracted tomorrow and an implant in a few months time. However in due to have a FET in 3 weeks and hopefully it takes. If I did become pregnant I'm not sure ill be able to have dental implant surgery (put under) and antibiotics afterwards?

Am I allowed antibiotics when pregnant?

General anesthetic when pregnant?

You can have some antibiotics. You can have a general anaesthetic if needed but I think the general advice would be to delay any procedure that aren't absolutely necessary.

I'm hoping it's possible to delay the implant till nearly a year after extracting the tooth...I'll ask tomorrow. Thanks for replying

Not sure about when actually pregnant but I had doxycycline about a week before my fet and they said it was fine.

Great. Extraction was pretty horrific. I'm on Amoxicillin should be ok. Thanks for replying
