Lh surge this morning but know one check My progesterone???

Im so confused after call back from a clinic.

I’m on natural frozen cycle which I had my LH surge this morning so I call the clinic . When they call me back I being ask again which grade embryos I want to have put back ....us I have 4 Frosties ... 2 grade A and 2 grade C .

I told her that I will prefer A ( from the cycle I had my baby)with C but I being told that your advice was to put both A so I’m bit confused now .

She said that in the end is my choice but they want to give me best chances for positive outcome.

When I ask her do I need any progesterone she say no but then she start asking me questions if I had blood test done ? I told her I didn’t but is there any way of checking now before transfer?

She said that I need to call clinic on Monday morning for another scan if I have the “right surge” and how is my lining. Then they will discuss with doctors if is good to go with transfer on this Friday coming us I’m doing natural one.

I haven’t had any issues with progesterone but I did mention to her the only thing I went thru was fresh cycles.

Please ladies is anyone had similar situation and should I still go with both A or should I do A with C embryos?xx

Personally as the grade A’s are such good grades I would only look to transfer one of the grade A’s. If that failed then the second grade A then worse case scenario the two grade C’s together. This way you optimise your number of attempts. There’s research to suggest that putting a top grade and average grade in together can actually decrease the odds of a bfp and that if you have a double transfer then ideally they should be similar grades. Hi hun thank u for replay. How r u and how u feeling? Not long to go now to finally meet your baby girl.

I had 3 fresh cycles from the second one I have my baby girl and one frostie grade A which that what they will put in.

The last cycle I had this feb I had put in only one Grade A+ and I have one A and 2 C frostie from that. This cycle didn’t work 😔 so when I mention to put 2 embryos back in they didn’t see any problem part from transferring both A’s rather then A and C to maximal us chances. So finally when I get my head around them decision now they asking me what I want ...confusing me so much . Xx
