5 week bleed

Morning

I'm 5 weeks, 5 days and last night had real bad cramps in my stomach. I went to the toilet to check and I was bleeding. There was also one small clot. This stopped within about 5 minutes. There is no bleeding this morning but I've done my pesserie which was difficult to insert and starting to have twinges again. There is still a bit of brown resedue though. I phoned the clinic earlier this week as I was struggling to insert the cyclogest a couple of times in the week, it didn't seem to have anywhere to go and turned on it's side. The clinic have brought my scan forward to Tuesday. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry to hear that you have had bleeding and cramping. unfortunately this wasnt a good thing for me and I lost my pregnancy but I have seen others that have been ok. Im glad your clinic have agreed to see you sooner. Have you considered trying the cyclogest in the back for the time being if the front is giving diffculties? Its not the nicest thought but once you get the hang of it, it is easier than you think. Big hugs, I really hope all is ok.xx

I dont want to scare you but unfortunately it was just a short bleed but I kind of knew from the tissue that I'd passed what had happened, I had a little spotting afterwards. My cramping was really quite intense though. Another lady who bled at the same time as me which she described as loads of heavy pouring bleeding with clots has gone on to be 20+ weeks pregnant now.xx

Not really. Only on wiping if I'm honest but I seem to be pretty unusual!xx
