Embies in trouble...

Had the worst week ever. After the elation of getting a bfp it was quickly followed last Monday and Tuesday evening by very bad cramping and brown discharge which turned to red blood Tues night. Woke up to more red bleeding Weds morning so went to GP who took bloods and told me to contact my clinic. Clinic booked me in for early scan on Thurs. I was 5 weeks and 4 days on Thurs and they could only see one possible sac (had 2 embies transferred). HCG was 6400 and with the bleeding they send me to A&E. Had urine taken and was sent home. Still bleeding, not heavy cramps have gone, had to go back to A&E this morning to have bloods taken. HCG has dropped to just over 4000. I have to back again Monday but I dont think its looking good for us. Feeling very deflated. I hope everyone is doing well on their journeys and looking after themselves xxx

I'm so sorry to read your post beanme it's so incredibly hard to get your hopes up and then have to go through all this stress and uncertainty, take care of yourself I'm sure it's all very hard with all the waiting xxx

Could it be that one embie is stilll safe and sound? It might be (although still devastating none the less) that one has gone and the other is fine? Are you getting another scan? Big hugs xx

Im hoping so but unsure about the drop in hcg. I will be getting a scan as well so should know fir definite then. Thank you for your thoughts. I hope all is well with you.
