2nd go at FET

Hi there, should hopefully be having a 2nd go at FET soon, after 1st round failed. I have been going for a long walk most days, and eating super healthy, making sure I get lots of fruit & veg in. Was a blow that the 1st attempt failed, as top grade 5 day blastocyst used & lining was perfect. So just wondering if anyone has any advice to try & get a successful 2nd attempt? Hospital not really given much advice, just that we can go again for another try

Hey it sounds like you are doing all that you can to have a successful FET. If everything like lining & embryo is good then its possibly just down to luck. Unfortunately there is a huge heap of luck involved in IVF and the success rates are really not on our side....its only around a 30% success rate. Some people have success first time and some others take a bit longer. Wishing you luck, hopefully this is the one!!🤞🏻xx
