Embryo Transfer 3 BFN

So it looks like my brown spotting was not a good sign for me! I’m 11dp5dt FET and tested this morning....BFN. I wasn’t surprised to be honest as I had a real gut feeling it would be negative! I feel very numb to it all today to be honest. Going to have a break and think about how we will move forward. Over it is an understatement!
