Emergency situation

Need some help or advice on what I should do

Had a tick bite and now have to wait for blood results, my gp give me antibiotic cream and said is fine with my ivf treatment ( started supercure injections )

Should I call the clinic and ask if it is ok to use antibiotic cream or just trust my GP ?

Anyone had antibiotic when been on ivf treatment?
