post hsg complain

hello all,

i had an hsg procedure done 5 days ago and i experience severe pain during the procedure, which subsided after the test. but about 2 hours later i began to vomit with serious abdomen pain and fever. i was taken to the hospital on emergency and was admitted for 3days while the doctor placed me on ciprofloxacin, omeprazole and cemetidine drugs with drips and infusions. but till now i still feel pain at my upper right side abdomen and left side too with bloated stomach. i am really confused, has anyone ever experienced such? how did you go about it? i have previously been queried for liver enlargement and plurel effusion ,i dont know if it could be a cause?
