Poor responders to short antagonist (menopur+cetrotide) what did you change on your follow up round?

Hello all. On my IVF round I did the short antagonist protocol. Started stimulation with 300 menopur and on day 6 added centrotide (antagonist). My follicles where growing very slow and at the end we ended up stimming 13 days and got 4 eggs, 3 mature and fertilised which resulted to 1 day 5 blast (one stoped at 8 and the other was a morula). I am going to have another round. I feel like it would be silly for me to do the same protocol since we ended up with only 4 follicle (AFC 14 at baseline). Did anyone had a similar experience? Did you do a second round? Did you change anything?

Last time we measured: my AMH was low at 5.8 pmol/L and FSH was normal (high) at 9.6.

I am 37 and my partner is 39.

Worth to mention I did an IUI prior to IVF with 37.5 gonal f and supracur (agonist) which resulted to 4 follicles in 9 days.

A friend of mine a similar situation, albeit with a much lower number of follicles. She ended up changing clinics and doing a much milder stimulation. All of her follicles responded and produced blasts after this.
