Every month we try- despite the odds we bloody have a good go. (Sorry too much information.)
Every 2-3 days.
Now Iβm 10 days away from my period. My body likes to play games.
1. Peeing way too often βοΈ
2. Exhausted βοΈ
3. Over hungry- cravings and go off certain foods- this month itβs cream, random I know! βοΈ
4. Bloateness βοΈ
5. Mood swings βοΈ
6. Constipation βοΈ
7. Lower back pain βοΈ
8. Hope/anticipation βοΈ
My sore boobs will follow next week Iβm sure.
My friend said today I know when that Iβm not pregnant before my period comes as I know my body and my body is the same as last month and I told her that my PMS symptoms are those of a pregnant woman. My other best friend who is 12-14 weeks pregnant says she feels no symptoms.
Anyone else think this way or feel this way or is it just me being obsessive and ridiculous.
I said to my friend that it will be when I donβt feel all of the above il know a miracle has arrived ππ.

Absolutely! I think the hope tricks us maybe-I'm due in 2 days and feeling some of these symptoms. But they're so alike with early pregnancy symptoms aren't they that's the problem!! π
Yep it explains why women who arenβt trying have no idea itβs happening when it is π. I hope your period doesnβt arrive hun for what itβs worth π€π½ x
Haha yep!!! last month I had highlights like I always do and one of the colours turned pink! I was like "this is it, that's not a symptom I can make up or potential pms, woop woop woop!!". And was it the month? of course it bloody wasn't! period arrived on the day my apps predict as they always do!! ππππ xx
π go go go! Haha apparently! my hairdresser (who doesn't know anything about what we are going through re ttc) was like "oh last time that happened to a client she found out she was pregnant!" π²π³π it was shortly after my hycosy too so I was adamant it was a sign! π xx
I thought it was my time once when I got super sensitive to smells. Didn't even know at the time that was an early pregnancy symptom until I googled it so I thought it must be the real deal - how can you imagine something you didn't even know about? Turns out you can
Hope there are not too many more months like this for you xxx
Ha! When I first started trying, I was convinced every month that I was pregnant. Sometimes it would be such sore boobs that it would hurt to lay on my side, sometimes I'd be on the bus in the mornings and every smell would make me want to throw up, sometimes I'd be so exhausted I'd come home from work and fall asleep. And the others - being able to eat SO much more, needing urgent need to pee all the time, crazy mood swings, even slightly raised heart rate! All of course the things that pregnant women normally get as symptoms.
Of course I was never pregnant, i wasted MANY hpts and eventually found out I had stage 4 endo, which explained why I had such crazy hormones and symptoms. Plus a touch of anxiety to explain the heart rate lol. 3 years on, I have a little hope but most of the time I just expect my period to start. Even though every month my body likes to play games, sometimes crazy symptoms, sometimes not so bad, mostly regular and then once in a while AF decides to turn up two/threw days late. Just to keep me on my toes!
To try and save me all the anxiety and extra emotions, I just plan for my period each month - with endo, shark week requires careful planning to maximise time for rest and minimal disruption to my life. And overactive and overthinking brain!!!
Absolutely. Every month my body mimicks pregnancy. My apps all say congratulations you sound as if your pregnant-grrrrrr..... nope a BFN every month. Iβve had two months where my period came two weeks late... nope... just the body prancing me in the worse way
I completely appreciate how you feel. I remember being absolutely convinced at one point that I must be pregnant as I kept having to pee. Turned out I had a UTI! We can only hope that one day these symptoms will actually be those of pregnancy. There's always a chance-miracles do happen. Sending love xx
I had two people yesterday tell me I looked lovely but they couldn't put their finger on why, convinced myself I had a pregnancy glow! Got my period last night...
Well. Some types of food has a lot to do with bloating, elevated sugars and estrogens. Anxiety has a lot to do with the wrong chemistry and the hormones you create. Being under weight or over weight for some is a problem. Too much carbs and sugar can overload the body and cause a burn off exhaustion. There is so much you can do to give yourself a little help.
I have exactly the same problem every month! My symptoms for when I'm due on are exactly the same as those of early pregnancy.
Your certainly not obsessive! I get my hopes up almost every month (even though deep down I know I have these symptoms every month). It's an emotional rollercoaster!
