2nd scan

So it’s day 5 and my scan shoes biggest follicle still at 12mm. I should have asked if I still had 7 foll. I am on low dose menopur and Gonal f. Waiting to hear about my lab results now. Any advice?

Update: clinic called yesterday and said to increase Gonal from 150 to 300. I should continue 150 menopur tonight. start cetrotide the next day. Advice lovely’s?

I also asked how many folls and she stated 4. But my last scan showed 7. What’s going on? I am really confused and worried.

Hi there, I've also replied to your other post. In relation to the cetrotide, my understanding of this is that it is taken to stop ovulation. On my last cycle I took gonal-f highest dose and also cetrotide but didn't start cetrotide until day 5 (this was the same day when I was on highest dose menopur). I had issues with losing quite a few follicles (unfortunately we do lose some and aren't guaranteed to end with the same amount we start with). I worried about taking the cetrotide on day 5 but this is what my clinic did. I too worried on my 3rd cycle as my CM went stringy egg like like I had ovulated even though I don't naturally ovulate until day 16. My first cycle was a private one and I was on the syneral nasal spray but I started this on day 1 of that cycle, and it was a much better cycle. I have low AMH so struggle with numbers xx
