Update 2nd scan - back to the square one 🧬⬜️

I had my scan today after 6 day’s of injections. I have 19 follicles in total measuring 9 from 21 to 16mm and 10 from 14-8mm. Just like last time I have few that are growing too quick and few that are growing too slow 🥺. I had an extra shot at the clinic to help the small ones to recover a bit. Doctor is still thinking whether to have my egg retrieval on Monday or Tuesday so I am going for another scan tomorrow 🤪🥴

I am a little bit disappointed as I always have plenty follicles but not that many mature eggs...🤷‍♀️ I changed protocols each time but nothing helps my body to react differently 😞

🎢 🤞🍀

So sorry Ranchu that a tweak didnt seem to change the situation. Maybe not much of help but ALOT changes in the last few days (as you know) so fingers crossed you will get satisfactory number. Xx

Honestly I stopped believing in miracles, I am not the luckiest in the world 😁🥴 I will be happy with 2 blastocysts 😬🤣 (i guess I am asking too much)

I’ve still progressed to egg collection with those numbers - anything over 14mm on day of trigger yielded a mature egg for me so you’d expect to get at least the 9 that are already 16mm + and whatever is 14mm too - I think they are great numbers x

Hi Ranchu i understand why you're feeling like this...only natural...after I had my eggs collected they told me it was 9...(i had 14 eggs collected five years ago), my first response was 'oh is that it,' the Dr was quite taken a back.. on this particular cycle I had one embryo fresh transfer...this resulted in a BFP...I realised it only takes one....I apologised to the Dr when I randomly saw her in clinic and told her my good news...she said 'see it only takes one.' Its still good numbers...so hang in there...and good luck xx

Hi don’t be disappointed at this stage, you are still going well. I had 6 eggs collected. 5 fertilised, 5 made it to blastocyst, currently 6 weeks pregnant with first fresh transfer. So proof that you don’t need loads of eggs, best of luck with everything

I heard of double simulation, it may work for you, have a look around... BTW, good luck with this one!

Actually that is a very good idea, brilliant advice I have an appointment tomorrow with our doctor so I can ask. I had my egg collection today - 11 eggs retrieved

Thanks ❤️🤗
