So I had my second scan yesterday and my follicles are only at 8.5 or 9. They haven't upped my dosage because of my PCOS. I've got another scan on Monday. Just felt a bit disheartened that they hadn't grown much! 😞.
Also starting to feel crap with headaches and tiredness. Don't know if the tiredness is related to the menopur or work stuff xx
I know exactly how you feel Hun, I was exactly the same but I was on gonal f. I really hope you get some growth of the follicles to take you on to EC xxx
Menopur can cause headaches, so make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Eat lots of protein and they say follicles like heat...I used to have a hot water bottle in the evenings right up to egg collection
I've literally just read somewhere about a hot water bottle so now have got one 😊 Really don't want it being cancelled so will try anything xx
I was exactly the same as I have PCOS and my dosage was increased to 300 as my follicles were not growing. In the end they began to grow after the increase. I did begin to feel uncomfortable after a while.
Don't be disheartened hun because you will get there in the end.

Hidden it was around the 4th scan as there was no progress. I was scanning very frequently.

Yes my follicles were not growing very quick. Hot water bottle for around 5 days and I was fit to burst. They also doubled my menopour dose and I had no trouble after that. I hope it works out for you. Lots of luck being sent your way xxx
