Progesterone - bit worried

Hi Ladies,

I had EC last Tuesday, started progesterone on Wednesday and had a 2 day transfer on Thursday. Im on Crinone gel and not getting any of the side effects ive had before from progesterone, I usually get very bloated. I also noticed that Crinone gives me 90mg of progesterone where as ive been on cyclogest before which gives more.

Anyone have experience of this? This while cycles been a bit of a disaster and really starting to now worry im not getting enough

X

I felt the cringe gel wasnt strong enough for me. I always bled early with it but the NHS seem to prefer and know other ladies that have used it and have been fine and gotten pregnant. My new private clinic get me to use cyclogest 2x400mg and I've never bled early on it. Have a chat to your clinic, I'm sure they wouldn't give it out if they had doubts about it.xx

It seems to work for lots of other ladies but I've not had a good experience with it....you might be absolutely fine with it but I'd defo speak to he clinic if you have concerns....sorry didn't mean to scare you!xx

I didn't feel same symptoms with the gel as i did with cyclogest however i did feel more drained while using gel but whether thats good or bad i dont know. I was told there was supply issues with cyclogest which is why i was given gel. Surely they wouldn't give it to us if it didn't do the job? 🤞🤞
