Hot tub prior to FET?

Hi ladies,

My husband and I were thinking of going to a spa with Scandinavian baths about a week before our FET. Do you think that it would be ok to go in all the pools, including the hot ones and saunas? I know you’re advised not to go in hot tubs after the transfer but what about before? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I dont think it should be a problem unless you are using estrogen patches (they might peel off) as opposed to progynova tablets to increase your lining. Enjoy.xx

Clinics here ban hot tubs pre during post ivf. Something to do with excessively raising core temperature. Check with your Dr.
