Progress scan - 14 folicles - reviews

Hi all - we had our first progress scan this morning thanks to everyone for your advice around the menopur headaches they have shifted finally feeling a bit better just bloated. We have 14 folicles so far ranging from 8-11 which is good next scan wednesday.

I just wondered how many people were ready for egg collection by the second scan? if so what were your folicles measuring at for the first scan.

I am not sure if to book Friday off just in case ec is moved. x

Hi Zolu, mi biggest one at my first scan was 14mm, but they didn't tell us the measurements for all of them at that scan. But we just had our second one ( you can see my update in my recent post)😘😘xxx

oo exciting good luck hun xx my next scan is wednesday and they said ec may be friday if not then the following monday. how are you feeling on the menopur? xx

The cocktail of Bruseriln and Menopur is making me feel very moody! I also have had headaches but luckily not every day. Just feeling weird all over. Last injections tonight!

I think I am now anxious more than anything else, just praying we will have some eggs and they will fertilize and at least one survives. It would seem so unfair to go through all of this and don't get a chance to have egg transfer.

keeping everything crossed for healthy eggs and a good amount fertalised for you hun x i know what you mean about the anxiety I have been ok up until 2 nights ago where I suddenly feel anxious about all of the same how many eggs will they fertalise x Congrats on tonight being your last injections xx

Hey! We had our first progress scan this morning too 😁

All went well and have 12 Follicles measuring between 8 & 13mm. Lining was 9mm. All progressing well and EC has been provisionally booked for Monday 13th 🤞 my next scan is Wednesday and have another one booked for Friday too.

Not sure if that helps but seems we are at really similar stage 😘 x x x

Hey hun woohoo well done that helps my lining is also near yours at 9.6mm xx good luck nice to have someone on the same schedule how are you feeling on the meds now x

Ah good 😉

My headaches had cleared although feeling a bit groggy this afternoon. Have spent most the day on the sofa with a hot water bottle 🙈 Bring on EC!!! x x

Glad to hear that you're feeling a bit better!! I think I had 3 scans before I was ready so took a little longer for my follicles to mature.xx

Thank you xx Im likley to have three I have another booked for wednesday and provisionaly for Friday with ec penciled for Monday. x
