20 week scan

So I haven't posted on here for a while but have been reading and following all of your posts. After over three years of infertility and miscarriage, followed by a failed fresh and failed fet we finally got our blessing in July following a fet and treatment for high nk cells. Wasn't an easy first few months - first of all my hcg levels were slow in rising and then finally when they started doubling I was admitted to hospital with a suspected heteroectopic pregnancy. We also had a massive bleed at 16 weeks (only one day but as heavy as a period) due to eroding cervix. Fast forward a few months and we have got to 20 weeks with a beautiful baby girl 💕 Just wanted to tell my story as I loved seeing scan photos and happy stories as it gave me hope- this journey is an emotional rollercoaster - I wish all your ladies all the luck in the world for your BFP ❤️❤️❤️

Hi yes it's a boy. Whole thing is nerve wracking! Wonderful but stressful!! X great scan pic! ❤️ Mine was like a tatty shred of paper from being whipped out of my bag 2 hundred times a day 😊 Lol xxx

Congrats what lovely news xxxxx can I ask where were u treated for the no cells ? I've got high immunes so just about to start humeira treatment ! Just wondered what treatment they used for xx such amazing news xxx

I was treated at my private clinic called newlife. I took prednisalone and clexane from day of surge (natural cycle) and took prednisalone up until 12 weeks then weaned off and clexane until 16 weeks. I also took lubion and cyclogest which I stopped both at 12 weeks. I also had an intralipid day before transfer then every 4 weeks up until 12 weeks. Humeria was another medication they recommended but I didn't end up taking it.

Good luck! I was skecptical to begin with but it obviously works xxx

Sounds like you've had a hard few months and this process is gruelling throughout so enjoy your moment!
