Hi, I’m hoping some one can help as my clinic seem to be taking their time getting back to me. This is my second rally early miscarriage, 5 weeks 2 days. My HCG on test date was below 20 then dropped to 11 2 days later so it was obvious again! And I stopped all medication last Friday. Came on a normal period on Monday and finished Wednesday evening bleeding. Barely any clots or tissue passed. Last tome (February) I early miscarried at 4 weeks 4 days and the period was horrific, sorry for this but huge clots of tissue that I felt falling out of me. The size of plums all of them. Yet this time nothing. And I feel a hormonal wreck. Surely all that lining ect should have shed? I guess I’m hoping someone has experience with this or advice. I’m thinking maybe my own GP may help!
Thanks in advance

So sorry that you are going through this! I was 6 weeks when I miscarried and I really didnt have any really heavy bleeding at all. I had a little spotting and intense cramping for around 5 mins, passed one piece of tissue which was a fair size with a couple of wipes of bright red blood, cramps disappeared and that was it really, just a little spotting afterwards and it was over. I didnt have anymore bleeding and when I had my scan that was booked anyway there was no pregnany but I hadnt shed my lining, my endometrium was stil around 10-11mm. The clots may well depend on how high your hCG was as to how far on the pregnany has developed if that makes sense. I actually didnt bleed again until around 6 weeks later when I had a period.xx
Ah really, so it’s normal to happen then. Last time I just bled and bled and had tissues and everything. This time barely anything. My clinic I have tried to contact since Wednesday !!! Multiple emails and phones calls. Nothing! X
