Low HCG 9.4 on 10th day

I had embryo transfer on 17th, HCG test on 25th is 5.4 and 27th is 9.4. every 48 hrs was asked to repeat test .. so technically 10dp5et. Did anyone had this low HCG but yet successful. I have all kinds of symptoms.. spotting from past 3 days brown discharge, nausea on some days, sore breasts, cramps etc but HCG is low. Also how do you count post transfer days ? From the transfer day or next day ?

Day 1 is the day after embryo transfer so no you dont include transfer day. I think I said before but mine was only 48 14dp5dt which is on the low side but mine continued to rise, however we did lose the baby at 6wks. Yours does seem on the low side too but I guess all you can do is wait and see if your levels continue to rise. Hugs.xx

Thanks for reply Cinderella5. So it started with 5.4 on 25th and 9.4 on 27th and today 15 .. I see its increasing but not doubling and I am on 12dp5dt. Hope on 14dp it will be much better .. This waiting is most cruel thing in life .. where you dont have any control on whats happening ..

Hi TTC35_Dubai. I would see if you can have a blood hCG done on the day you were told to test. At least you will get a correct reading. Good luck. Diane

Of course I am following doctor suggestion.. They seem to do it in 7 days and keep repeating it every 48 hours .. Since it is a blastocyst transfer I was told 7 days is fine instead of 2ww. However I see it makes sense to do at 2ww as my HCG is building up to right number .. 5.4 to 9.4 to now 15 .. Hopefully much higher in 48 hrs from now..
