Day 9 low follicle numbers/ size low

Hi I have had my scan this morning and blood test, my base line scan showed 13 follicles ( I'm on the long protocol) and although I know not all will necessarily develop I was hoping for them to be a little further along than what they are. I have 3 that measure 11-13 mm and the rest at about 9 mm. I am provisionally booked in on Friday for my retrieval and I know this can move if needed but I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or experience that may reassure me? They are happy for me to continue on same level of meds from blood results so I am assuming that this must be ok? Feeling the effects of meds as well so maybe not thinking as logical as I normally would... Any help welcome x

Can't really offer you advice but wanted to wish you luck. Hope everything goes well and fingers crossed for you!

I'm on day 7 of stims with EC potentially monday. I was just told to reduce my current dose as blood results were on the high side. If you are staying on a high dose it's hopefully to help those slower follicles to catch up.

Have you had side effects? I've started to feel fatigued the last couple of days, and headaches! Stay hydrated and rest up when you can xxx

Hi Rach82, that’s good that your responding and not long to go for you as well. Yes fatigue and headaches plus bloating and a little weigh gain! So much fun. I hope it goes well for you, keep me posted it’s nice to have someone almost on the same timeline. Fingers crossed for my scan Wednesday 🤞I’ll post an update x

So my collection was moved back to Monday but on my scan this morning I have 7 good size with 3 trying to get there. Lining is good so fingers crossed 🤞 we just need 1!! 😊
