Drugs giving the same side affects as pregnancy?

Hi all, just on my TWW, did anyone find that taking Gonal-f, certrotide or even the Gonasi trigger shot give the side affects of being pregnant, as in sore breasts mainly?

I’m 6 days past a 5 day transfer! Patiently trying to wait and not test early

Thanks in advance
