Utterly devasted and heartbroken 💔💔

As many of you will know I went in for my scan today and was nervous due to a previous mmc.

I'm 7 +5 and doctor said I'm measuring 6+2 however there is no heartbeat and at this point we should be hearing a heartbeat.

He has told me to go in for a scan next Wednesday and be prepared for a mc and book in for a D&C on Friday.

I'm gutted as I thought I had gotten my miracle, how do I get through this next week and prepare for another mc? 💔💔
