Have just read a study that bee propolis is good for infertility, endometriosis and premature ovarian failure just wondering if anyone on here had tried this supplement?

Bee propolis anyone tried it to help?
Hi I tried it for my endometriosis (which is severe)after my last surgery. I also read great studies for it helping for fertility with endo. I think it helped my endometriosis. I can’t say for sure if it made a difference in conceiving as there were so many factors! I’m now 24 weeks.
I followed the anti inflammatory diet which is helpful for endometriosis; it eases the symptoms & helps prevent re growth ( mine was bad at regrowing) I took evening primrose oil till ovulation & I took a low dose aspirin to ease my endometriosis. I used progesterone cream too from day 8-26.
Definitely worth trying & hope it does the trick 😏✨❤️ xoxo
I have been taking evening primrose oil and have found its really helped my endometriosis but i wasn't aware i should stop taking it when i ovulate
I tried this. It tastes disgusting and can stain your teeth. Drink it through a straw and try to put the straw as far back as possible so that you don't stain your teeth! I have never been diagnosed with endo so I'm not sure if this did anything for me, but I continued to have very painful ovulation and periods while taking it. For general fertility I'd recommend Royal jelly prior to ovulation over bee propolis
Ive heard the liquid was disgusting found it in capsule form to try
My last fresh round of IVF I made smoothies and put bee propolis and a few other ingredients in the smoothies. It was the best result I had with the number of eggs they retrieved and also the quality. I cant say if it was the work of the propolis of something else in the smoothies or perhaps a combination or just pure luck but this was my experience.
Thank you think il order it later
