Has anyone out there had any success after going through the ER Map procedure? My husband and I went down the egg donor route (after two failed cycles with my own eggs) and had first transfer in November however it resulted in chemical pregnancy (still a step further I guess!).
As we have two frozen embryos the clinic have recommended this procedure before next transfer as it can determine the precise time implantation can occur for our next transfer (which is due min March).
I turned 43 in November & I’m feeling just so anxious, down & defeated by it all and not my usual upbeat positive self which I have been before my other treatments. If there are any good stories out there following ER Map (and also with 5BB or 3BB embryos) that could give me a boost ... it would be greatly appreciated!
While I’m here, I just want to say I think you’re all amazing. Your stories and how you all help each other is so inspiring and uplifting (amidst all the pain of it all)! I’m quite new to all this but I can see how it helps.
Infertility is a lonely place!
Thanks in advance. Xx

Just wanted to wish you well. Haven’t heard of map treatment but have had both 5 and 3 day transfer. Wasn’t even going to go for 3 day transfer as thought little hope as always assumed 5 day was best but now 21 weeks! Don’t give up hope. Big hugs xx
Hi, I’m currently 37+4 after the third attempt, after the second my clinic suggested the ER mapping & it came back that I wasn’t receptive at the usual time, so I took an extra few days of progesterone & they implanted 3 days later than previously, i’m convinced it worked all down to the mapping.wishing you lots of luck xx
Oh & i’m an ‘oldie’ also, 45!! Soo don’t give up hope xx. (
Michelle that’s wonderful to hear!! Congratulations! That’s so encouraging to read and instilled some hope again for me! Thank you so much. Best of luck with your imminent arrival. Thanks again ❤️ Xxx
