Success stories with 3BB and 5BC embryos 😌

Hi all,

Hope al is well as can be. ♥️

So I had the good news my remaining tube is not blocked so we have had the go ahead we can now transfer.

My question is what are people success stories with 3BB and 5BC. These are our last two embryos and obviously the lower quality ones. We lost 5AB in the thawing process and a 4AA which didn’t implant. My partner is worried we are wasting money on these two embryos and we should get another egg collection. What do you think? Should I give it a go with the embryos I have or get another egg collection.

I’m thinking of booking a consultation with my consultant and asking his thoughts but in the past he’s told us all our batch was a decent batch but we lost two of the better quality ones in the last transfer process. 🤷‍♀️ I don’t know what to do for the best!

Any advice. Thank you xxx

Hi Faith, of course Embryos are graded for a reason, but if the doctors didn’t think there was any chance of them working they wouldn’t let you freeze them - there’s always a chance 🤞🏻Good luck xx

Hi lovely, that's great news about your tube!! I transferred a 4AB and a 3BA so slightly different. They said both stuck although I'm now pregnant with one. I think you have a good chance with them. I always hear how grading isn't very accurate. The best grade one could fail and the not so good implant!! Xx ❤️💫

I transferred a 3BB and a 4CB (which is worse quality than a 5BC, I believe) and I'm currently 19+3 with twins after 4 previous failed transfers with better quality embryos. Including a 4AA! So I definitely wouldn't discount your embryos 🥰 You may still need another egg collection afterwards but hopefully not! Those grades are certainly decent and worth a shot.

Best of luck xx

Hi Faith. Once your little ones hjae been transferred, they will be in with a chance of catching up and continuing to grow on. Good luck and I shall be thinking of you. Diane

Thanks Diane,

I guess we place too much on the grading system when we have fertility issues xxx

Thank you for your positivity xxx
