FOETUS WITH NO HEARTBEAT

It saddens my heart to let you know that we saw our precious 8 weeks plus embryo today with no heartbeat .

Doctor said the heartbeat stopped like 2 to 3 days ago as baby was measuring 7 weeks and 5 days .

I am so devastated and exhausted. I’m so sad it’s just like this is the end of the world.

I am so sad for you. I had a MC in the past at 7 weeks and it was heartbreaking, I can't even imagine what it must be like finding it out in your 8 week scan when you are so excited to see your baby for the first time. It is devastating and unfair.

I hope with time you can find the strength to recover from this, and that you will have all the support you need from those closest to you. XX

Sorry to hear this. I had a similar experience in that at 8 week scan there was no heartbeat and we were told pregnancy had stopped at 6 weeks. After a difficult couple of weeks, starting to feel better. I found it good to do routine things like going to work and housework which are a helpful distraction.

There is always hope in the future and new options which can be tried.
