Dosed with cold while on synarel....

This is probably a stupid question, but I am still taking Synarel nasal spray and I am now dosed with cold. I've still be able to take it ok and thankfully so far haven't sneezed straight after taking it or anything, but I feel really awful now and was wondering if it was ok to take lemsip? Or is this a bad idea? Many thanks xox

The drug information online for this one says that you can take the spray while having nasal congestions. But if using any other nasal sprays (nasal decongestant or steroid) to leave a two hour window between the synarel and the other spray (either before or after).
