Right side dull ache

Hi lovely knowledgable ones, I had egg collection and then egg transfer, day 3, on 16th November (Friday before last). I’ve had a constant dull ache, on my right lower abdomen, that seems to pull down my right thigh. Is this to do with egg collection or the progesterone pessaries do you think? It just seems to have hung around for some time. I’ve been advised to take p test on Thursday so still a few data to go until we find out!

Thanks Tugsgirl, tbh I think I’m driving myself mad!! These are the longest 2 weeks of my life so far xx
