I liked this quote. our 2 plus years of treatment have led to me reassessing our relationships with some friends and family..I have always been honest and some have not been positive to us and that has probably been one of the hardest parts of this. we need to protect ourselves and be with people that lift us up not pull us down. today's positive I am off work due to a change in working pattern and started today with some yoga 😂to try to chill before transfer next week xx

Lovely quote and so true. It’s things like doing this and other challenging times that really do show who matters to you and visa versa. Enjoy yoga. Need to get into that again.
