hey ladies so what's new today on the positive front? even just a tiny positive or a quote to spur us on what ever you most comfortable with. Franco81 and I going to take turns again for a week just to get us through these dark nights and recent lows. so for me today the weather was not a positive as been peeing doon as we say up here all day..horrible day so I met up with two fab friends for brunch..seems this is THE thing to do these days. .lovely cafe and it was heaving..just so lovely to be with good friends just chatting and laughing plus they forgot to bill us for the dognuts. .lol..then hit the shops which I haven't done in ages and two dresses just fell into my arms😂😂😂not sure when I will wear but hey they had 20% off so had to buy😂ok happy Saturday all xxxx

20%? Well you just had to buy them. It would have been rude not to!

As you know, I’ve had a headache all day but my positive is that we went and collected the money raised from an Aunt and Uncle’s joint party. It was a nice little sum and will easily cover our drugs xx

awww hun that's fab .so so kind of family to do this for u xxx

My posyive ,We've just returned from a few days in the lakes where we had some sunshine all though a bit cold, today we left the lake district and it was heavy rains whoop whoop we got the best weather 🤣

Lovely time away but also nice to be home.

20% off is a bargain, now you just need to get your hubby to take you out somewhere to wear them 😉 xx

lol I like your thinking. ..I will suggest that and say you said 😂we had the same away last week..fab weather then raining when we headed home

.maybe our luck is changing 😉😂xxx

in reply tovic77

Yep that's bound to work because I said lol🤣.

It's a nice feeling to leave somewhere raining isn't it lol.

🤞 we can only hope xx

I love that the dresses 'fell into your arms', that happens to me a lot too :-) brilliant.

I once bought a coat from HofFraser, because when I'd tried it on in the shop, I put my hands in the pockets and in one pocket was a little hand-written note, that read 'believe and it will happen'. So I had to buy the coat!

And I was such a doubter about IVF after being told my chances were max 10% when I was 36. And with my badly symptomatic stage 4 endo, it took me 3,5 years to brave IVF after that diagnosis - but it was those little notes, and a random gorgeous vintage christmas fairy that I bought that oddly gave me a glimmer of hope. Sounds a bit cheesy but sometimes these little things make a difference. xxxx

Sounds like you had a lovely day. You’ll just have to think of somewhere nice to go now to wear your dresses☺️

I’ve had a lovely day with hubby and doggy. Having a few days away. Lots of nice walks, coffee and cake 😜 Perfect Saturday xx

What a fab post, thankyou vic77!

I'm finding my 2ww really hard at the moment, and yesterday evening me&the hubby went to a local bonfire (I Totally didn't feel like it but pushed myself to go) and it was such a great time... just sitting together, feeling the warmth of the bonfire, watching the amazing firework show. Just loved it. Came home feeling like a new person! Feeling far more positive.

Enjoy your new dresses!!!!! Xx

that's fab I am so glad you went and enjoyed. sometimes we really do have to push ourselves to do stuff especially during 2ww so I am so pleased u both went and had fun. on our first 2ww my hubby abd I each came up with something to do and put them all in a big bowl and each day we chose something. ..helped pass time..ranged from simple things like look at wedding album to bake a cake or go to cinema..we had so many 2wws now we don't do it anymore but it was fun way back and forced us to do normal stuff..good luck with reSt xxx
