Lazy Lining 😳

Hello guys,

As the title says, my lining is taking its time getting to the magic 8mm!! Second scan today as my first post stim I only measured 6.8mm (I’m taking 10mg progynova daily).. I measured 7.8mm this morning and I’ve been asked to go back on Monday.. This is text book to my last FET which ended in a MMC at 7+4 but they gave the go ahead on my second scan at only 7.9mm.. I’m pretty confident that we’ll get to the magic 8 by Monday, just frustrating as I had pre-planned everything around next week but now it’s looking like the week after now for transfer.. So much waiting in this process... I was never a patient person until this fertility rollercoaster started!

Does anyone else have a slow growing lining? Xx

Oh I had to give my tablets longer but I went on Tuesday and they said it was 7.9 so have booked me in for My transfer on Tuesday next week. Mine has taken a good few weeks. I’m hoping it continues to thicken up by Tuesday. I hope they aren’t rushing mine x

I don’t think they are rushing you, I think that the nurse I saw today was being over cautious and following “text book” rules.. I was going to contest it and say surely the tiny difference shouldn’t be a problem but I didn’t! You’ll be fine.. Best of luck for next Tuesday xxx

Thank you x I drank red raspberry leaf tea which is highly recommended for lining and tried to eat foods high in vitamin E such as kewi fruits. Also a hot water bottle is meant to be good to keep the uterus warm. All worth a try!
