Hi ladies, I got a clear BFP today, day 12 after my transfer of a 5d blastocyst on a fresh cycle. It is too good to be true and I wanted to ask for your wisdom on whether this is a reliable positive, could it still be a false positive from the trigger injection? Should I get a blood test to confirm or could it also lead to a false positive?
Thank you!!!!

I was told by the clinic to test 10dp5dt and it was a BFP I then had to re test a week later - I’m now 10 weeks pregnant and still as nervous as ever. I’d say it’s a positive, congratulations xx
Thanks destiny121, it's this Saturday, 14dp5dt. I just couldn't wait and had a strange feeling of cramping the whole week. Just wondering whether this was because of the progesterone or a real pregnancy...
I'm in a very similar situation My OTD is the 14th so I'm currently 11dp5dt. I'm in two minds when to test. Part of me wants to get it over and done with so I'm not prolonging the agony and the other half of me isn't ready to cope without negative result 😫 xx
I know Natalie, I was in the exact same situation. In the end I decided to sneakily test earlier on my own so I would be ready (or not as bad emotionally) in the OTD with my DP on Saturday... I promised him I would wait so you are the only ones who know really. I'd say wait at least until day 12 and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!! xx
