1 week until transfer - cramping and light spotting

After 4 weeks of delay we finally got the go ahead on Friday for our fet. We are booked in for next Monday but as of last night I have very light brown spotting and persistent cramping. I called the hospital this morning who want me in for a scan tomorrow. I'm really gutted, to get this far and then feel it's all for nothing.

Anyone else had this before transfer day?
