so sorry I forgot to share positive yesterday..hope I haven't let Franco81 down. I guess the idea of us doing this is that hopefully for those who need it a wee focus on the positives lately has maybe helped you rebalance if things were tough and you were finding it hard. .I know a few weeks ago when Franco said this to me I was probably at my lowest and by refocusing on small positives and hearing all your stories it really has helped.. we probably won't clog up the posts here forever with this but hopefully it has given you a taster and reminder to search for positives no matter how hard it can be to see them sometimes there is always something there. so yes as title says I had such a lovely day yesterday full of positives that I forgot to post..lovely walk down the beach with our friends and their dog then roast dinner with them, lots of wine and laughter plus one of my closest pals in chicago phoned to say she engaged so that's next year's holiday destination sorted ..so share a little positive from your weekend xxx

3 meals out! I am a big blob eating lettuce today ha ha. Also, today I had my first scan - just to make sure there was nothing changed / wrong before I start progynova. All seems well - phew!

I’m loving these positivity posts! We took Tilly (my dog) back to the specialist today and she is finally showing some small improvements with her leg 🤗 we still have a long way to go but was able to avoid her having invasive treatment today. Happy Monday xx

Although I had a very mixed bag on Saturday yesterday was much better. I won £20 on a scratch card my brother bought for me. I enjoyed the roast chicken I cooked. I lit all my candles, everywhere lol and Hubby and I snuggled on the sofa in the evening.

I had a stressful start to the day- Monday morning is always manic in work! I feel very lazy admitting this but I have a cleaner that comes once a month. I do clean but she does a deep clean! She came today, and it’s such a nice feeling walking through the door to a freshly cleaned house!! I’m sat down with a cup of tea and my lovely candles are burning!! I wish you could smell my autumn Yankee Candle 😍 xxx
