This is my 15th try of ivf and i just got the result today and im pregnant. wowwwwww I cried w happiness feel like im dreaming or something. Im so happy i persevered now I did a lot of research into why it wasnt working all those rounds (it was always the same protocal nothing different) in the end i changed doctors and hospitals and bammmm it worked first time!!! Keep going all of you you are very strong women and if i can do it you can too!! Do your research change lab /doctor . Switch from fresh to frozen transfers or vica versa test and see what works. Get a hydroscapy which is what i did just b4 this round it was a bit painful and evasive bit worth it it checks ur whole uterus! Plus Its supposed to open up everything and make the embryo implant easier soon after. Check ur thyroid ur vitamin d count b12 etc see if u need blood thinners all that. Its early days im not wanting to sound arrogant in any way im praying that i go the whole way soooo much i want this so much, but wanted to spread the word so that no matter how hard it gets you continue your mission. Never give up!!

Congratulations 😊 you are such an inspiration. We are starting our 7th cycle and I feel like giving up but your story gives me hope. We are switching from fresh and going to try frozen like you said. Hopefully something works.

Yes!!!! Frozen worked first time . Fresh ones can f off because of all the hormone injections u take to get many eggs out the hormone levels affect the environment of the uterus so it cant implant. Mf if only i knew so long ago! But i have to not look back no regrets im just so happy now it finally worked and it will for you too!! Oh and i had a 3 day frozen embryo transfer. I wanted a 5 day but my doctor insisted the 3 day one was better and she was right!! Good luck pls update me on ur hopeful success . Oh and i took 3 duphaston (progesterone) and 2 estrofem and 2 cronine up ya hoo ha 🤣 good luck!!!

Thank you for the information. That is what we are thinking might be happening with the fresh. You keep well and I'm so happy for you, as I hate that we have to go through this so hearing of successful treatments is lovely & means there is one less person going through this difficult time.

Yes in the evening i took it the same day!!!!!

Yes. My embryo transfer was christmas day at 12noon and i took ovitrelle at 22.00 the same day. Allll the clicks 250mg finish the stick all ij one.

And yes!! Only on that day. Its the only ovitrelle i took!!! No need for more. Good luck!!!

Thank you! One more question, did you check your estradiol and progesterone levels the day of transfer? and after as well? And how much oestradiol/progesterone did they give you?

Didnt check estrogen and progesterone day of transfer but i did get it checked 5 days after i had a blood test to check it. They gave me 2 crinone one mornin one at night. 2 dufaston and 2 estrofem every day until preg result. Good luck!!!

Oh, one more question. You mentioned checking the thyroid in your post, I have checked my TSH this morning and it was 1,4. Do you think it os ok or too high?
