Forgot to take spray......

Hi ladies, I am getting myself into a tizzy as I started my down reg worth synarel yesterdayand have to spray once in each nostril twice daily, I left for work this morning and forgot to take it 🙈🙈🙈 does anyone know how important thos is that I do morning and night or cud i take this evening and tonight. I'm down reg for like a month!!! And this is day 2 off it.....if need b I cud take a half day I suppose but it's going to lose questions, aaahhh I'm so stupid

I’m no expert hunny, but I would think if your on down reg for a month this little blip shouldn’t cause any problems and just take it as soon as you get in. I think I would only be concerned if my natural AF was due imminently as clearly you want the spray to stop that happening, but if you’re natural AF is not for a few days, if it was me I would take it when I got in. I am crap at remembering my drugs, so perhaps set an alarm on your phone say 10 min before you normally leave for work to remind you to pick it up. At one point I had 4 alarms a day going off lol!! 🤣 best of luck with your cycle x x

I would call the clinic and ask. It happened to me with Norethisterone and they told me to go home and take it (my commute is 1,5h so wasn’t ideal). Don’t be too harsh on yourself, it happens to all of us! X

Thanks girls I rang clinic they said take it as soon as I can an continue as normal then tonight, I took a half day was home for 1 so fingers crossed all will b ok

Diane my husband is in shock I did forget I am always ott regarding anything ivf lol yeah a nice chilled afternoon with box sets and a fire, prob well over due lol. I def will not forget again tho, going to keep one in my handbag 😁 thanks x
