No period since April...

In March I was diagnosed with low ovarian reserve.

Since then, my stress levels hit the highest ever. All of a sudden my period was gone and I was left broken.

Almost a month ago, I had what felt like period cramps and a super small bleeding for only 2.5 days.

Last week, I discovered a patch of alopecia in my head and I'm now treating it.

Infertility is ruining me and I'm not sure what to do anymore. Did anyone else had the same thing and still managed to conceive with their own eggs? I assume that without period I won't have any of my own... Is this recoverable?

Since March/April, I decided to take measure to improve my health, better diet and supplements. Started taking Ubiquinol and DHEA. Stopped DHEA since I noticed that my hair was falling massively and after alopecia, I will stay away from it. In November I'm going to the doctors again to have my hormones checked again and see if the supplements took any effect.

What I need to know is, if anyone here has been through the same and what you did to solve or improve your situation?
