When should i call?

Hi Ladies

Hope your all well.

I have been told to call my clinic on the 1st day of my period then go in 21 days later for bloods. I normally get spotting for a day then my period the next day. Should i be calling on the spotting day or the full blood day? xx

Hi ama, I’ve always been told the day bleeding starts properly, not from spotting x

The waiting never gets any easier, does it?! I think that’s half the battle sometimes. We’re ok, struggling a wee bit at the moment but we’ll get there x

I’ve always been told day 1 is when you got a full flow not just spotting x
