Amh test on the nhs??

I was told by the nurse about the amh blood test would b ideal b 4 starting ivf how do I get that amh test??? Im under the nhs fertility clinic in bham im not sure if its free or I have to pay can anyone share shed some light in this topic plz x

Hello, I think it’s only available privately but they can do it at your clinic. I paid about £80.

I had mine tested on nhs before treatment started. It was one of the tests my gp did before my referral to the fertility clinic.

In my area AMH is not covered by the NHS, the clinic organised it and it cost £60, good luck xx

It was free for me! I tested last month in my fertility clinic

I had mine tested for free at my NHS fertility clinic. Was a couple of years ago though so don't know if that is still the case for couples having treatment now x
